You do not need to be in shape, and physical limitations are accommodated, so everyone is included. We are a family of martial artists, focusing on positive growth for each and every student. If you don't belong to a school and would like to be affiliated, we would consider you an affiliated school member. No matter what rank you are, our goal is to get you back into training, and improve your life through martial arts.
